Rolling Pins

Need a good finish to your cakes? Ditch the wooden rolling pin and get a good quality non stick rolling pin, the bigger the better, remember if you want to ice a 10" cake, you need to roll out an extra 6" so that's 3" for the two sides of the cake, or 16" all together, so if you want to ice an 11" cake you need a rolling pin bigger than 16" !!

I don't normally like renshaws icing for covering cakes, as I normally get elephant skin effect. But I thought I'd give it a go as I'd heard this one was very good. It was amazing, it rolled out nicely and when I covered the cake it went on with ease with no elephant skin. It tastes nice too. I will definitely be using this again, and would recommended it highly.
